Key Requirements & Responsibilities
✓Minimum 3–5 years' managerial experience in raw food, agro-commodities, or FMCG, with a proven track record of achieving business targets
✓Oversee daily operations, staff, and overall performance of the company.
✓Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability
✓Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills, with good knowledge of the Lagos food distribution market
✓Prepare operational/performance reports and coordinate across departments (sales, inventory, logistics) for smooth business flow
✓Proficient in MS Excel, inventory/POS management software, and basic accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks)
