About the Role

- BSc/HND in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

-1–3 years’ experience in IT support.

-Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

-Knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity.

-Proficiency in remote support and IT management tools.

-Relevant IT certification is an advantage.
