-5+ years’ experience, preferably in food production/FMCG.
-Proven managerial experience in a food-related business.
- Strong leadership, business development, and problem-solving skills.
-Knowledge of food operations, inventory, and quality control.
-Food Safety/HACCP certification is an advantage.
