- BSc/HND in Estate Management or a related field.
-2–5 years’ experience, preferably in commercial/residential property.
-Experience in property valuation, inspection, documentation, and facility/property management.
-Knowledge of the Lagos property market, land documentation, and relevant regulations.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
