About the Role

-1–3 years’ customer service experience, preferably in facilities/cleaning services.

-Excellent written and spoken English.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

- Good knowledge of WhatsApp Business.

-Ability to work independently and support UK clients remotely.
