Account/Inventory Officer

About the Role

Minimum 2–4 years' experience in accounting and/or inventory management, preferably within a manufacturing, FMCG, or packaging company

Maintain accurate financial records, process invoices/payments, and support day-to-day bookkeeping

Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory reconciliation, and report on stock variances or shortages

Prepare financial and inventory reports, and ensure proper documentation for audits

Added Advantage: Proficiency in accounting/inventory tools such as QuickBooks, Sage, MS Excel, and inventory management software

Required Skills
